Write for SmartPostly
Have a hard-won insight worth sharing? Want to build your name with an audience of founders, marketers, and creators? Write for us.
SmartPostly helps thousands of teams work smarter with AI and social media, and our blog is where the thinking behind that work gets shared. Most of what we publish comes from our own editors and a small circle of trusted experts, but we keep the door open to new voices from the wider community who have something genuine to add.
We are looking for people who have done the work: launched the product, run the campaign, tested the tool, or studied the trend, and who can explain it clearly enough that a reader knows exactly how to act on it. If that sounds like you, we would like to hear your idea. To pitch a topic or share a draft, email our editorial team at contribute@smartpostly.com.

Our editorial standards and review process
We hold every article to rigorous editorial standards so our readers can trust what they find on SmartPostly. Each submission moves through a multi-step review before it is published.
1. Author identity and expertise
We confirm who you are and that you have genuine, first-hand experience with your subject. Every byline is tied to a verified author profile.
2. Originality and accuracy
Articles must be original and fact-checked, with claims supported by evidence and sources clearly credited.
3. Reader value first
Every piece must leave the reader with something they can use. We decline submissions that read as promotion rather than insight.
4. Editorial review and editing
Our editors review each draft for clarity, structure, accuracy, and relevance, and may request revisions before publication.
5. Transparency and disclosure
If you have a commercial interest in something you write about, we ask you to disclose it. Promotional and affiliate links are not permitted within the article body.
What we publish
We look for practical, experience-led writing on the subjects our readers care about most:
- Technology trends and what they mean for the people putting them to use.
- AI tools, including how they perform in practice and where they fall short.
- SaaS growth, from go-to-market and pricing to retention and product-led growth.
- Social media and content strategy that delivers measurable results.
- Marketing and sales frameworks grounded in data rather than theory.
- Founder and product stories, including the lessons that came from setbacks.
We do not publish promotional content, thinly researched list posts, AI-generated drafts, or work that has appeared elsewhere.
Submission guidelines
To help your pitch succeed, please make sure your finished article meets the following requirements:

- Claims supported by data, examples, or first-hand experience.
